the house was more than I expected my kids and parents had a great time. The house was clean and the are is not close to a main road which was nice neighborhood was quiet. I will definitely come back to this house

We love the neighborhood not the home.
The carpets are filthy especially the stairs.
The kitchen is equipped for stove top cooking only. There are no casserole dishes, Dutch oven, cookie sheets or any other way to use the oven. We didn’t know as we shopped on the way and wound up cooking pizza directly on the rack. We only had 3 people so it was ok but if you had a full house you would not have sufficient crockery. For example there is only 5 mugs and there is not enough cutlery either. This home has no placemats, no dish towels, no scrubber or sponge, no decent oven mitt. There is a dollar store on 27. We got what we needed and then donated it.
There are a LOT of bugs in the pool. The owner should provide a skimmer.
The toilet roll holder in kids bath is broken and should be replaced.
We lost power and there are no flashlights or battery operated fans. My daughter lives in FL and says everyone has those on hand as storms are frequent.

I say I would recommend this property, however not during Christmas. The reason I say this is it was definitely not worth what we paid for it. We completely understand they probably jacked the prices up because it was Christmas, it was just a little disappointing when we saw it...knowing we paid over $4000.
The house was pretty clean, except the kitchen table, which is a glass top and there were a ton of crumbs under the glass. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, however the bed I slept in was very uncomfortable. It was a king size bed that seemed very worn out. There was a hump in the middle and the sides slanted down. It was also a little chilly at night in Florida when we went and there were very minimal bedding and linens. I messaged the manager and was told unfortunately that was what was available.
The only other complaint was with the pool heat being free during our stay. That seems like a great deal, however the heat is regulated and comes on at 8 am and turns off at 8 pm. My dad and son-in-law were looking forward to swimming in the morning and my daughter and I like to swim at night. Neither were possible because as I stated earlier, it was a little chilly at night and in the morning. It would have been nice if we were given the option to pay for pool heat...which we would have done. I did message the manager asking about that and again was told unfortunately that is what is available. Pool area was quite small as well.
With all that said...I still would recommend the property, IF they charge less during the rest of the year. The location was great, many restaurants and shops close. Also close to theme parks. Traffic is horrendous in Florida though. We also utilized the resort’s pool and lazy river....that was fun! My grandkids really enjoyed it, and the adults were able to relax with a pina colada!

This was the perfect home for a Disney/Universal vacation. Parks were a short drive. Driving to the beach was just an hour away or you could stay in for the day and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Spacious 5 bedroom home with access to resort pool and clubhouse also. Publix close by if you choose to not eat all your meals out.

First arrived at main gate to check in and was told we did not need to do that and Florida spirit just keeps forgetting to tell the guests. Community was clean but house right up against eachother.driveways are so small and I order to park 2 vehicles in them you have to step into bushes to get in and out of the cars.ouch! I was told comforters are not washed in between guests.and blankets are not extra sheets available to wash bedding if kids have accidents.and only 1 towle per person. I have rented homes from this company before and this one was just not as stocked for the size of the home.also cleaning could be alittle better most base boards and a half inch of dust on them. Dryer broke during stay but someone was there immediately to fix it so that was nice. Over all was ok but I think it could be better.and alot of parties at this community location.

This house was super nice. Lot of room. We always use Florida spirit homes. The rooms were great. Wished the master bedroom bath room had a Tub.

It was not what I expected, bedding on bottom level was low on the floor with the kitchen exactly right at the door.... Not good for the grandparents, housekeeping is not good, carpet was dirty with lots of spots, glass kitchen table was loaded with all the crumbs under the glass, pool area had no privacy and parking was awful! I will stay again but not this area!

Entry to the home was a pleasant experience! I’m sensitive to orderly cleanliness and the property met my expectations. The design of the house was modern and well coordinated - number of bedrooms and spacing just right. All essential items and appliances were provided clean and functional - beds were very comfortable. Luna Villa is definite, preferred vacation rental for our family.

We had a great time at Luna Villa this past holiday. It was in a very convenient location to the parks and yet quiet enough that we were able to enjoy each other's company. Our kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the spa as well. The only downside we found with the community was check in was confusing and since this portion of the community is not connected to the clubhouse area (guard gate). We often got hung up at the call box with other guests and it was slow to get through. The house overall was clean and still smelled of fresh paint since the neighborhood looked to be fairly new.

House was spotless clean and have a bunch of towels and sheets! Beds were comfortable and costumer service was flawless! I will stay with Florida spirit vacation homes again! They are great! Our family had a wonderful month long stay at Luna Villa. House was clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. Bedroom on first floor was perfect for grandparents. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool/hot tub were great. Our kids loved riding scooters to the park next to clubhouse. This will be our go-to rental anytime we stay in Florida.
