Home was clean. The refrigerator was missing a handle to the freezer. Pool table was damaged which made it difficult to use. Carpet was clean. Could have been extra towels left for use. But this was a great place to stay. Pool was great and loved the layout of the home.

Stayed at this property while catching spring trainging games. The houes is a good location and layout. But the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures and the house needs a good cleaning and carpet replaced. I don't know that I would stay here again or for this rental company - seems a little more stingy than I would prefer and the neighboring rentals seemed better maintained.

Very comfortable home and extremely convenient for attractions in the area. Less than 30 minutes to Disney and Medieval Times. Plenty of shopping within the area and just a great location. The pool was perfect with the hot tub and the house sits where the sun isn’t so brutal in the patio area. Plenty of rooms for sleeping and the pool table was also fun. Really enjoyed our stay.

Over the years we’ve stayed at many Florida Spirit homes. Overall, this was a good experience. A couple of details getting into the home upon arrival but was resolved by talking to someone after hours. This home is nice but not as well stocked as others we have stayed at in the past.

Our stay was amazing. Very relaxing stay. Everything was so nice. The club house was great when we weren't at parks. One request would be the home needs some sort of cleaning supplies Mop,brom,vacuum would be nice.

The vacation home was everything like the pictures. They even added a pool table upstairs that was a plus. For most parts it was clean just a few little hiccups here and there but overall I’ll highly recommend. The house was spacious. The rooms were nice.

When we arrived for our "check in" I was called about 5 minutes before telling me the unit would not be ready for another 1.5 hours, this was after having my family in the heat most of the day waiting to check in so not ideal. Most of the furniture in the home is in need of maintenance or repair, but the home itself is well put together. The pool and spa area are nice. The entrance to the gated community can really be a pain depending on what security guard is working at which time.

Clean & spacious. Pool & hot tub were great for a family of 10. Plenty of towels. Living room furniture not the best for this house & didn’t seat but a few. We had 10. Dining table seated 6 & velvety chairs aren’t great for a rental & kids at a dining table. Glass coffee tables either. Other houses we have rented were set up better to sit together.

The house is wonderful. Well furnished and comfortable beds. The Hospitality App does not have the correct location for this house. It is actually 45 minutes away from where it says it is. The check in process was a little odd and required going to a different location from the house but overall easy. The heated pool did not work when we first arrived and the company was unavailable on the weekend. When they were back on Monday they told us the heater was working fine but that it froze up because the temperature dropped below 65 degrees. I'm not sure how this can be however the pool and spa did warm up nicely for the last 2 days of our stay. The amenities at the property were wonderful and the kids had a great time.

Front desk staff unprofessional however the staff in the corporate office great! Unit was nice however concerned about the cleanliness of the sheets. I have to Treasa the sheets for that reason. All activities that we were told we would have access to we were not available and no compensation for the unavailability. Just attitude from the front desk staff.
