This house was in a gate community which made us feel safe. The house was beautiful. The pool was nice and clean, the water wasn’t so freezing cold. Overall, enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again!

The property was great for a family of 5. How ever, the property management do not meet the expectations of the property. Before check, call and confirm the instructions, especially 1) the door code 2) how many towels each person is allocated, 3) that they will be minimal supplies like, bathroom soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, paper towels, and something to wash dishes by hand.

Although the pictures and the description make this home sound like a dream it’s anything but, it’s very dirty and definitely needs a overhaul. The floors, chairs, walls, decor were all very dirty and looked very unprofessional. It’s very obvious and the company and cleaners should of seen this

The rental was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. A nice place to relax after long days at the theme parks. There was some miscommunication regarding the wifi which was cleared up quickly by the management staff. Make sure to use the portal for all concerns. This was very helpful.One problem which is not Florida Spirits problem is the there was no T-Mobile cell signal in the house. I had to go outside or even leave the property entirely to make a call. I would recommend this rental.

House is in a great location and not too far from Disney and other attractions. Property amenities (clubhouse, pool, courts, etc) are well maintained and the staff was very friendly.
This house definitely needs some TLC. When we arrived, we were greeted by an overwhelming food odor on the lower level, a musty odor heading up to the 2nd level and an overwhelming smoke/weed odor in the garage. There were several pictures/artwork missing off the walls evidenced by bare nails/screws in the drywall. One of the sitting chairs was broken and in a back closet with the leg of that chair left out on the dresser in the bedroom. We had 10 registered guests and were provided only 7 bath towels. There were towels that were soiled and bloodied that were left on the shelves of the laundry room. We were not provided any dish towels/linens for the kitchen. The pool skimmer basket was broken (dead frog floating inside) and the pool did filter properly. The carpet in this rental needs to be replaced in all areas as they are soiled and smelly. The bed linens in 2 of the rooms were stained and need to be replaced. Only 2 of the bathrooms had bath mats for getting out of the shower therefore those without provided slick wet surfaces when exiting the shower. There were cobwebs hanging from the lighting fixtures in the kitchen. The pillows are severely worn and almost flat.
We attempted to reach the property management company by both online chat and phone to inquire about the pools filter system. We had to leave a voicemail and never received a return call during our 6 day stay. We heard back 24 hours later in the online "chat". We responded and never heard back. The communication with this management company is definitely lacking.
We were pleased with the location and size of the rental but will look at other properties in the future.

This home lacked care. The master bedroom were missing half of the blinds, there was a broken mirror on the wall, and the box spring in the master bed is broke. I sent pictures to management and no one came to do anything about it. I also requested a pool net and never received one. I placed a liaf of bread on top of the fridge when I took it down it was dirty. Took one of their towels to wipe it off and it was filthy. And just yesterday I received a bill for $186. I already disputed it. There is no way that vacation home should of been rented out. If they didn't have enough blinds(that's what I was told in the text message) they shouldn't of rented it out. And they also should of replaced the mirror. Now I believe that the homes aren't fully inspected and they do the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning. I put blankets over the window to keep the sunlight out. And we had 2 different families stay next door and the pool was not cleaned between families. I still want to know what they are trying to charge me for. I wish I could post pictures.

We were very pleased with the Rainbow Garden Home. The home was exactly as described. The home was very clean and well appointed with lots of dishes , cups and pots. The pool was heated and lovely. Florida Spirit was great to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here 10/28/2021- 11/2/2021. We were a family of 8 and had more than enough space. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a lovely addition! I couldn’t pull the family away from it! It was large, clean and WARM. We enjoyed many nights swims as well. The only complaint would be the master bed on the first floor. Honestly, it sucks and in terrible need of replacing. We tossed and turned and it is very noisy and dented. Besides that, would absolutely stay again!!! Oh, and the clubhouse is a lovely addition as well! Very friendly staff and a very short drive across the neighborhood.

We would definitely recommend Rainbow Gardens. The rooms had great storage space and were nicely decorated. The living spaces are so much bigger than shown by photos. The staff at Florida Spirit were amazing!!! It states you will go thru security. It is a gated community however, gates were never secure and we never had to stop at a gate.

During a time of so many uncertainties; this home offered nothing but peace! We will recommend and book this home again in the future. My only complaint is that I had to ask for towels because they only provided 5 towels for 8 people but they did bring some the next day after I requested them.

So much fun. Was a perfect home for me and my family. The pool was in a perfectly sunny/shading area. Our 2.5 year old learned to swim on his own in the pool!! Oh he farm located in the back of the house was so cool- could hear roosters and see 3 beautiful horses everyday. There was some updating that needs a bit of attention- such as outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned, as well carpet - stains on it all. Would have been nice to have an actual broom and not the small miniature one- the vacuum provided just wasnt enough to get the tiny hands. We had so much fun and will definitely come back!

My first time ever renting a home and the experience exceeded my expectations! The pics were exactly what was pictured (if not better). Extremely clean. 8 min. from grocery store etc! Rainbow Garden is the perfect vacation rental. The house is just what you see in the pictures! It was clean, big enough for eight people and had everything we needed. Plenty of bathroom towels, dishes, utensils and TV's. The resort was nice, but we loved having the private pool at the house. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and the parks. The management company is top notch. There communication and follow up was amazing. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

The house looked a little small in the pictures. We were just a little worried that it would not fit 10 people comfortably. When we walked in. We were amazed and how big and how new everything was. The furniture was really nice and very comfortable I stayed in the bedroom on the first floor. I could not believe how big it was. It was like having my own apartment. The bedroom was big the attached bathroom was very big and it had an attached walk in closet that was half the size of the bedroom. It also had a sliding door out to the pool in my room. I could not have been happier. The upstairs was also great each bedroom had a bathroom and the play area upstairs was great for the kids. We spent so much time in the pool and had so much fun. I would recommend this house to everyone.

We stayed at rainbow garden for our Disney vacation. First off , we had a different home but some how that one fell thru. Home away contacted me and gave us an upgrade to the rainbow garden house. This house was beautiful. The hole family was quite happy. The only con was that the beds were not very comfortable which I found myself sleeping on the couch which was just fine with me. The second thing was the pool didn’t have a jacuzzi which I really wanted. And the pool water could have been alittle warmer. It was hard to swim at night. Other than that the house absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this house if your ok with no jacuzzi. I always rent from Home Away and will continue to do so.

Property management company was very responsive to questions and concerns. They were very helpful with booking process, general inquiries, and responses to concerns upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this property management company to friends and family. The home was beautiful and true to pictures (note they are using wide angle lens for photos). Location of property was in rear, non-congested area of the resort which was too far to walk to resort amenities, but more private from thru traffic and quiet. Gate pass never worked properly, but there is guard on duty 24hrs to call for access. House was clean and within reasonable driving distance to theme parks and stores. Home was stocked with everything we needed. We are definitely looking forward to returning to this property again.
