stainless steel appliances and breakfast counter for casual dining. Off the
hallway is a guest powder room, fully equipped laundry room and the first
bedroom, a king-size master suite with it's bathroom having granite vanities
and a walk in shower. The games room will satisfy the children and families
alike providing hours of fun with a pool table and table tennis.
Upstairs there is a superb loft area having a large TV with games console to

master suite with a beautiful bathroom incorporating a corner tub, walk in
shower, and twin vanities. This bedroom has the advantage of a private rear
balcony overlooking the pool deck below and the adjoining golf course with
picturesque views making this the prefect spot for unwinding at the end of the
day with a cocktail.
