House was clean and spacious and in a great resort community. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the park. The kids enjoyed the game room although not air conditioned they could only play out there for 15 minutes at a go due to the heat. We enjoyed our stay but the home has some quirks. It’s very warm as AC is set at 74 permanently and becomes uncomfortable at night due to the home also not having any ceiling fans. The beds are also very uncomfortable as they seem to be the $300 specials that you would buy from a discount store. Those are personal opinions but I’d stay again.

We have stayed at several rentals & understand the need for pool heat in winter. This rental was selected specifically because pool heat was “included”. We arrived Saturday night to an ice cold pool. It takes time for temps to come up, so we immediately reached out to management to either fix the pool heat fixed or move us to a different rental before we settled in. Sunday, still no response after multiple calls/emails. Monday, we finally received a canned email letting us know they “confirmed the heat was on” prior to our arrival and the heat pump only works from 8am-8pm & shuts off if temps drop below 56. We were instructed to simply wait and sorry for the inconvenience. There’s no way the pool heat was on before we got there. Three days into vacation, on our own and still no pool heat, we discovered the breaker was tripped. By Thursday we were finally able to use the pool. Nobody ever called or stopped by to check on the situation after we informed them that we fixed the breaker. Overall, the house is in a great location w/plenty of room. Some things need attention: carpet/upholstery stains, burnt out lights, dusty baseboards, dried ‘drool’ on underside of comforter. If you plan to stay for any length of time, bring cleaning spray, hot pads, salt & pepper, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee & #4 cone shaped coffee filters, toilet tissue, paper towels, pool towels, garbage bags, ice, insulated drink cups. I purchased cutting mats & brought my own chefs knife. Instacart delivers, groceries are not far away. There were small ants in the kitchen near the coffeemaker, not entirely unexpected for Florida. Resort clubhouse & pool were nice and we used that option until our pool was usable. Note there is very little sun on pool deck. Reservation & check in/out was easy. Just beware of the non refundable reservation. Once you book, you’re locked in.

This large and spacious home was extremely comfortable for 4 families. It had everything we needed and more. There were a few things that could have made our stay a little easier... Ceiling fans w/overhead lights since the lighting is very low and stuffy without a ceiling fan. We used the floor fan that was in the closet but since there wasn't a table (and chair) in the first floor bedroom we had to tilt it to get the air up higher for us. I don't think there were fans available in the other rooms. My mom brought her own but she does that anyways. Also need more towel hangers/hooks in the bathrooms but also 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for a WEEK is not enough--we managed with the 2 bath towels ok but since there weren't any floor mats, we had to use a towel for that. Also need some potholders in the kitchen along with a kitchen wash cloth. I ended up using the "extra" face cloth from the 1/2 bath all week--ended up buying sponges. It would be helpful to have known which type of coffee filters it takes. Of course I brought the wrong ones. We managed but a simple note in the descriptions someplace could've made a daily thing a little easier. We were very comfortable on the beds, the water pressure was awesome and we enjoyed the pool.& hot tub every night. We figured it out but a little note stating that the hot tub gets hot once the jets have run for a bit. The home was very clean, had plenty of glasses, mugs, etc. for us to use. It was easy to get to and although people are right next door on both sides, we only saw people on one side the whole time. No one in the back was a blessing too. We did make use of the community pool area for 1 of our days and it was wonderful, beautiful, and had a tiki bar not far from the home. We never got to use the game room equipment. So-overall I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Just a few more things as noted would've pushed it to a 10 (more towels, table w/chair & fans or at least ceiling fans!) We had a great time and would rent again.

This villa is stunning, well maintained & so clean.
The place is huge with so much space.
The only down side was there wasn’t any equipment to cook fries or pizza etc on so I don’t understand what the oven was there for.
I did inform Florida vacations & they did offer to drop some off but we was nearly at the end of our stay.

The home was more than expected. Well maintained for a vacation rental, clean and spacious. The only bump in the road is, if you're use to sleeping in freezing temp at night, bring a fan of some sort. Other than that,, perfect.

Solara Resort is awesome. Great pools, awesome staff, loved the pool bar and restaurant. Not at all happy with the house mainly the swimming pool and hot tub. Both were not heated as they were advertised and I even paid additional to have the pool heated. This was very important feature for our family and everyone was so disappointed that the hot tub could not be used due to the lack of heat and the pool temperature was cool as one would expect in June. While the management did react and had maintenance out and did refund my money for the heated pool option it still put a damper on our stay. Again the resort itself awesome!!

The vacation home was beautiful and had plenty of room. It was really nice to have the hot tub and pool right at the house. The game room was not cooled so it was a bit too warm to be in there for too long. The property managers did a great job of communicating what was included but we neglected to realize small things like salt and pepper, cooking spray, dishwashing soap were not included so if you plan to cook, be sure to bring some. The home was very convenient to the parks as well. Would definitely stay her again!

House was beautiful and well equipped. The only complaints I have is: 1) Most of the light bulbs in the house were very small wattage, especially the bedrooms. You could hardly see what you were doing. 2) We did not have a "hot tub" we had a "luke warm" tub. Temperature should have been a little hotter.

Just back from 2 weeks in this amazing resort, so conveniently located to the 192 and 27 shops restaurants etc.. from the moment we step foot in the resort you get a real 5 star feel, the house is huge with everything you could need, very clean and spacious, the resort itself is by far the best we have stayed in Orlando. The clubhouse facilities are fantastic with heated pool, flowrider, kids pool, bar, games room. The staff at the resort definitely hep make this the best place to stay in Orlando. Needless to say we have found our go to place in Orlando and thank you so much Florida spirit vacation for having our pool heated in under 60 minutes. Top service

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was amazing! The house is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well kept and on a beautiful property. The Solara resort was only about 20mins from Disney World and 30 from Universal. It's also close to many restaurants, shops and convenience stores/pharmacies. We thoroughly enjoyed having the privacy of our own pool and jacuzzi, but also loved the resort pool on weekdays since it was practically empty. The host was very friendly and answered our questions in a timely manner. We absolutely loved staying there and look forward to booking again in the future! I highly recommend this beautiful home! My only suggestions to the owner would be to have better lighting for the bedrooms (with ceiling fans! Even with the AC, fans are imperative in humidity), since at night the lamps are very dim, and also the pool was way too hot so a temperature control system would be perfect (although I understand those systems are pricey). Thank you again for letting us stay with you, we truly loved your home and were so sad to leave!

The home was stunning just like the photos everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and area is great lots of space and large pool also you can see the Disney fireworks from the pool!! The complex is beautiful and clean with lots to do and security are always patrolling you feel very safe. I can't say enough good things about this rental and complex and also the management company who made everything so easy I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

The home is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool & spa, and game room in the garage. The downstairs master bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the house, and there’s no ceiling fan. The resort is very nice (but the wave insulator is very expensive). We’d definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our 8 day stay at this property. Having used Florida Spirit Vacation Homes for the past 5 years we were not dissapointed. The kids loved the water park at the club house and everyone enjoyed the private pool. The home was very spacious and everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. There was a little lack of privacy at the pool area, but that is the result of this being a new residence where the shrubbery between the pool enclosures hasn't grown much. It would also be nice to have ceiling lighting on the lanai (only one wall sconce). There was a nice game room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey that we enjoyed when it was raining. Overall this was a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

We cannot rate Sun Ridge Villa highly enough. The villa was so clean and well presented. Each of the 5 bedrooms are beautifully done and a great size. There is an excellent games room and the open plan living space is enormous! The furniture and interior is gorgeous too! The downstairs bedroom en-suite shower is ginormous! All the beds were really comfortable and towels and bed linens were provided.
The villa is located on a new gated resort called Solara and this is beautiful fully maintained and also offers great facilities including family pools, cabanas, a shop and lovely club house.
Brilliant pool and spa and you can even see the Disney fireworks from the pool!
The villa is located just off the 192 so literally minutes from a good selection of eating places and shops. It was also only 6 miles from Disney parks!
The staff at Florida spirit vacation homes were fantastic right from booking and I cannot recommend them or this villa enough!
