We really enjoyed our stay. There were 14 of us and we had everything we needed for meals and entertainment. We brought extra towels because of a previous review but what was there was plenty and clean. The pool and spa were cooler than expected but it didn't keep us from enjoying them. Parking for all four of our vehicles in the garage and driveway was a plus. My only suggestions would be stickers on the patio doors as they were so clean one of our little ones ran into them on the way to the pool, also the carpet needs to be replaced with vinyl flooring. We would definitely recommend this house.

To get a star review I would suggest more towels, dish cloths for kitchen, minimal toilet paper & minimal soap for those who arrive late, and a hot glove for the oven.

Upon arrival the upstairs air conditioner was broken and had to spend the first 2 nights & a day without any air in extreme heat. Supposed to refund by heating pool which never got warm. We made the best out of vacation situation 50/50

Everything was nice, except the pool and jacuzzi was not warm. Maintenance did come out to attempt to fix this issue, but was unable. We appreciated the urgency. Overall, it was a great experience.

Lovely home, in great condition for a rental property. Of course there were some worn spots around this 9 bedroom home but overall in good condition. We found some ceiling pot lights burned out in the living room, a lamp or two in bedrooms that were broken and a cracked glass. The hot tub didn’t work for a few days upon arrival but eventually got fixed. This may sound like a lot of negatives but they are small things that did not ruin our vacation. The pool was in use daily, we were able to do laundry as needed and everyone had their own bedroom to go hide out in when not in family loving mode. The rooms were well sized and not tiny little spaces. The clubhouse across the road from the community entrance was a bonus. Lazy river ( we bought float rings as there aren’t many available) was a huge draw and everyone spent several hours in it. The pool and kids splash area were great as well. Loungers were plentiful during our stay so everyone could spread out and relax. The clubhouse also has a great fitness room and a game arcade that the kids can play in that costs nothing. They can just take a break from swimming and go play some arcade games. Drinks were pricey at the tiki bar and the mixed tropical ( daiquiri and colada) tasted awful-****** premade. There was ice cream for sale that the kids enjoyed. We never ate anything there as the menu was very limited and premade/frozen stuff. A Walmart supercenter was only a few miles away as well as a Publix grocery store so we stocked up on a lot of food items to enjoy meals at the home. The pots and pans are at a minimum so cooking big meals can be challenging but there are plenty of dish ware, glassware and silverware- thankfully also a working dishwasher. You get a starter pack of dishwasher det., laundry det, and paper products ( toilet paper, paper towels) so you will want to bring some if you have enough room to pack it or buy upon arrival. The travel starter pack is standard in all of our listed properties, including dish soap, a dish towel, towels (bath, hand, and face), a paper towel roll, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and laundry detergent for one load of laundry, just to get our guest's started for their stay, as different reservations can be present in the home for varying amounts of time. Overall I had a pleasant stay. This was the 5th time using FSVH and I've never been dissatisfied however, our pool had a lot of bugs and other debris in it with no access to a pool net.

The sauna didn’t work and because of the Holiday no one could come out. There was mold in the ice dispenser. The blankets in some rooms were dingy. One bedroom had holes in the wall. The banister was loose and that entire area had stains all over wall. Some vents had dust falling from it, The WIFI was out most of the time so watching TV or using the Ipads was a no for the most part. This wasn’t our 1st vacation rental but definitely the worst experience. Customer Service did what they could with the information I provided. It was a lot to have to keep calling and explaining things that was obvious when the home was inspected before my arrival.

Due to the holiday, there were no vendors available for repairs until after your departure. For the ice dispenser, a member of our staff was dispatched to the home quickly after your report, but they were not aware of the banister or wi-fi issues. For the blankets and holes in the bedroom, we would have been happy to bring out new blankets and to try to repair the holes present, as well as troubleshooting the wi-fi and the banister, but were not aware of the items until post-departure. The home was inspected prior to your arrival, covering a multitude of items in the home, but some items are considered larger maintenance items (such as the dings on the wall of the staircase from suitcases) and require a separate vendor for servicing. We thank you for your feedback and do hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future.

It was our first time ever renting for a vacation. The place was beautiful and conveniently located near the parks.The only 2 things that occurred were no wash clothes and having to check in every time we entered the property. I think this should have been listed on the instructions ahead of time.

The home was in a great location. There was plenty of room to accommodate our party of 18 pp. some of the beds could use new mattresses and the carpet has some stains. The kitchen was a great size. There wasn’t a grill so we had to call and rent one. This should be an amenity included with your stay. Overall the house was nice and I would recommend for large parties.

The house was beautiful inside and outside but the neighbors being Thanksgiving was a little scary as they all wanted to party and loudly. Getting inside the "man gate" was done pourly as there were over a hundred cars all trying to get their pass and drive across the street to the rented property. I wish they would have just given a code to use. The house itself was awesome with plenty of bedrooms for everyone.

Great house for a large family in a gated community

This is, I believe, the 5th house my family has rented in the Kissimmee area over the last 12 years. With 9 bedrooms & 6 baths, our family of 16 had plenty of room to both spend time together & still be able to get away for some alone time too. Our family agreed that we definitely would return to this house when we have a large group again. We visited in early-to-mid March and we couldn't believe how hot the water in the hottub got. It was amazing on the cooler nights. The only downside was it seemed that this house had more rules about what cleaning the guests need to do before leaving. For instance the guests must wash & put all dishes and cookware in the cupboards. When everyone is trying to eat & pack-up suitcases before leaving by 11am, having to wash & put-away dishes gets a little hectic. However, it wasn't that big of a deal, and we managed to get it done and would absolutely still rent this house again.

The house was large, clean, and nice as shown in the pictures. All 18 of us fit in the house with plenty of room for the kid to play. The kids love the pool and game room upstairs. We wish they would add more pots and the cut board (they don't have one yet). The house was quite far away from Walmart, Disney World, and Universal Studio. Other than that, everything was great.
