Cottage 157 will aid you on your journey of discovering your place in the eternal sunshine of the Gulf Coast. It’s newly renovated interior features beach tones of teal and sand but modernly stylized. The rooms have also been upgraded with cool materials- stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as well as poured concrete counters and unique stone tile work in the bathrooms. The airy feel of Cottage 157 comes courtesy of open gathering areas where the screened-in porch flows into the living room and whose ceilings stretch all the way up to meet an open loft with large windows.
A cottage in Hidden Dunes also comes with great conveniences apart from the beach. It has a washer and dryer, parking and a location overlooking one of Hidden Dunes sunny pool decks. Plus, Hidden Dunes guests have access to exclusive amenities including pro tennis courts and a pro shop; basketball, horse shoe and corn hole courts; outdoor grilling areas; walking trails and the security of staying in a gated community. However, a very short distance from Hidden Dunes gates and you’ll find an exciting array of entertainment options! Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
