Actually, everything about Villa 48 is stunning from the luxury vinyl plank flooring to the serene beach décor and furnishings. The white washed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens up the patio via sliding windows – it’s perfect for passing a cold drink through to your guests on the porch. The Primary suite also has a door to the patio along with gorgeous lake views and a large bathroom with a double shower head walk- in shower and a separate Jacuzzi bath. Once you experience all of this combined with Hidden Dunes amazing tennis, beach and pool amenities – you may never stay anywhere else.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
