For your convenience, you’ll also find a deeded beach access and a private gate to the beach. Plus you can take advantage of their two swimming pools and outdoor hot tubs when you’re not enjoying the beach!

Maravilla 3401 has 2 well-appointed bedrooms and will accommodate up to 6 of your favorite people. An open floor plan makes gathering with family or friends easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the tools any great beach chef would need. As an added bonus, Maravilla 3401 is pet friendly for one dog up to 20 pounds, with a one time non-refundable pet fee added at booking. This condo is pet friendly for 1 dog no bigger than 20lbs. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.
A 7 night minimum rental is required year round.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Only Owner golf carts are allowed in Maravilla. No non-owner rental golf carts; no 2- or 3-wheel scooters, Mo-Peds, Skateboards, E-Scooters, or electric skateboards will be allowed in Maravilla
