Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms with picture perfect decors. Sky blue walls and a nautical theme of shells and seabirds along with luxury embroidered linens outfit the north bedroom, while rich reds and golds with a warm wood furniture collection dress the Primary bedroom. Each room has a flat screen TV and the living room downstairs also has a huge 55" 4K flat screen TV.
Dining for nine, a laundry area and fully stocked kitchen wrapped up in a chocolate and sky blue walls will make everyone feel at ease, almost like home but better! Out the patio doors is a perfectly manicured back yard. The pool and common area are the center of the Summerhouse townhomes. A rolling grassy knoll along with palm trees and tropical foliage provide a great space to play football with the kids. Plenty of lounge chairs surround a lagoon shaped pool offering a nice alternative to the beach. Plus, the walkway to the beach is just a few steps from all the rentals' patio doors. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.
No grilling allowed - No open flame grilling allowed per Walton Cty Fire District.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
