2nd Floor Loft Room Information:
Bedroom #3 is accessed by going thru King bedroom #2, no door at at top of loft steps or in to shared vanity area. Bedroom #3 does have a door for privacy. Shared bathroom, toilet and shower area has a door for privacy, vanity area is open.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
No pets allowed
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
