Perfect for families and groups ... beachy, bright and beautiful! The beach is only a 2-minute stroll away and the pool is even closer. This is a 4-bedroom, 3 bath home providing two king suites. The main floor includes a King bedroom, bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. The 2nd floor master has a king bed and en suite bathroom. In addition, there are two guest queen bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The 3rd floor has 4 custom bunkbeds, each with its own TV built in the footboard.
Gulfside Cottages is located on the beach side of Scenic 98 and has private neighborhood beach access only a short stroll away without crossing busy roads. This wonderful home has its own gas grill, covered parking and the community pool is just steps away.

Property rules state: No parking in the road, no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
