It is especially accommodating for multi-generational families with an elevator for the grandparents and a pool for the kids. There is a spacious living area, three full bedrooms and baths, seasonally heated pool, and a 30 foot balcony. Paradise found!
The property features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. An electric George Foreman grill is located on the balcony for easy cookouts. At 305 you have a perfect view not only from the balcony but from the kitchen, dining, and living area. The property is an easy walking distance to a convenience store as well as several restaurants, boutiques, golf course, and a bike rental location.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
