Resting on the second floor of the gorgeous San Remo condominiums off picturesque scenic 30A is this beautifully decorated vacation rental. Beauty is everywhere here from the stunning, unobstructed views of the shimmering fountain, the pool deck and the Gulf outside to the charming décor. The granite countered kitchen enjoys views of the main areas and the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. You’ll want to sit back and relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in. After an exciting day of playing at the beach or shopping, the primary suite with a Jacuzzi bath will be waiting to say “this is the life”. Not one that likes to sit around? Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
