Sanctuary at Redfish 1116 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
So there are a few things you should know before your stay at 1116- it comes with a pretty strict dress code. Sorry to say it but the only shoes allowed are flip-flops and swimsuits are mandatory! Okay, so that’s not quite true because we all know that you can wear whatever you like on your next South Walton beach vacation! The reality though is that this beach condo exudes such a relaxing vibe that everyone finds their inner beach bum- its interior is the epitome of beach-chic and welcoming. Neutral tones highlighted by scenic abstract art and designer furnishings create a haven for bare feet and sweet dreams. Even the spacious balcony’s decor is perfectly executed.
However, the necessities of home have not been overlooked. The kitchen features speckled granite counters and stainless steel appliances while the full laundry room includes an industrial sink. In the master suite you’ll find a large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a huge bathtub and a travertine walk-in shower. Yes, luxury bathrooms are most definitely a necessity when you vacation at Sanctuary at Redfish!
1116 is more than just a beautiful condo with all the upgrades, it enjoys some great amenities as well. The pool deck is one of the finest in the area considering it comprises three pools, multiple hot tubs, grilling areas under arbors, a lakeside fire pit and poolside cabanas. Other comforts include luggage carts, covered parking and the serenity of the protected forest that surrounds Sanctuary at Redfish.
If you decide to venture beyond the gates a bike path leads you to boutiques, an ice cream shop and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
