Light filled retreat offers two private decks, great for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The 2 bedroom (queen beds) 2 bath unit is fully renovated with new appliances. Heron Pointe is a 5 minute walk to the beach and is centrally located. The condo can host 5 and comes with the following amenities: free parking, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, community grills, free wifi, beach chairs, beach umbrella, surfboard, boogie boards and a cooler. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The space
Each bedroom comes with a dresser and a queen bed. Ample exterior deck chairs and tables to entertain outside.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the unit and all of the community amenities including indoor and outdoor pool and bbq grilles.
Other things to note
Loud parties are prohibited.
The primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old and the minimum age to check-in is 25.
No pets and no smoking, either inside or on the porches.
FIREWORKS AND GRILLING ON BALCONIES ARE ILLEGAL. MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IN ANY UNIT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
PARKING campers, trailers, boats, golf carts and motorcycles are NOT allowed.
No refunds will be made for mechanical failures.
The kitchen is fully equipped for daily meals and serving. The following items are in the unit to accommodate at least the maximum occupancy: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.

Beach towels
Food and condiments
Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
Beach and fishing equipment (for information on local ordinances including tents, please visit City of NMB website, Horry County website, or City of MB website)
Alarm clock
There are locked closets for the use of the homeowner. These areas are not included in any rental. Please do NOT attempt to open these locked closets. If you break into the closet, your guest account will be charged for any repairs as well as missing items.
