The management company was very good to work with. Very friendly and professional. Ocean Forest Plaza 2 bedroom has a great view of the beach. Floor to ceiling window in master bedroom. Unit is updated and comfortable to stay in. The building is an hour walk to the main area of Myrtle Beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking for cars is very tight in building - need to be a good driver to maneuver around. Large SUV's and trucks get to park outside. Crave restaurant within walking distance - very good food! Went to a Winery one day - lots of fun listening to the performer outside while sipping back a glass of wine. Building is old but kept in good condition. Only negative was that the box springs need to be replaced - they squeak.

Located on the 23rd floor in the “cabana district” this condo was right on the ocean overlooking the beach. The huge bedroom window was amazing for waking up to the sunrise every morning. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and living room were good. Check in with Palmetto was quick and easy, very friendly people.

The rental was nice with a Gorgeous view from the living area as well as the Master bedroom. There needs to be a few updates. One being the beds. They were very noisy. They need to be replaced. We couldn’t get the television to work in the living area. During my stay we had an category 1 Hurricane. The place held up well. We loss power and water over night. No fault of Palmetto rentals. Everything was restored quickly. I will return once the beds are updated. Great place. Roomy and a home away from home. 1 minute from beach access.

Condo was very nice, amazing views. Waited over 2:30 hrs to check in and still had to make our own bed, linens left at the door. The whole building was without power and water for 3 hrs because of a power pole getting hit behind the unit. Other than these things everything else was great.

Overall, it was a good stay. Great views. Great location. Quiet. A quick vacuum of the furniture (outside included) would have been ideal. The place was dusty, too. Human and pet hair made for sitting on the furniture skeevy. Adding more flatware and dinnerware would alleviate vacationers from having to purchase these items. The artificial plants served zero purpose. They were actually an eyesore. I would recommend potential guests to do thorough research on other places to stay first. Only as a last resort would I recommend. For the amount paid, taking my own garbage out and washing the dishes should have been included in the cleaning fee. Do most beach towns have a 10:00a check-out time and a policy to drive the keys back to the agent? That was weird.

We had a wonderful week at OFP 2309. The view was spectacular and this 2 story penthouse was perfect for our family trip. The 1st floor open floorplan was ideal for us, with a nice kitchen, dining room seating for 6, and a sofa and loveseat leading to the wonderful patio. 2 Private bedrooms each with a full bath were great.
The location was excellent, a short drive to the attractions of the boardwalk, but away from the heavy traffic. It's a calmer, more residential area perfect to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well.
This was our second trip booked with Palmetto, and they are consistently excellent at answering our questions and providing quality vacation rentals. Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible. He Rain shower heads were amazing, just wish there was enough hot water. The place is beautifully remodeled. The parking garage leaves a little bit to be desired. We were lacking certain amenities that were not made clear to us ahead of time. Such as both pools being closed. The kitchen lacked hot pads, serving dishes, grilling equipment, dish towels. And there were not enough dishes to feed the amount of people that can stay in the condo for more than one meal. You will need to do dishes after every meal. The bathrooms like trash cans and some place to hang wet towels, beach or bath. Unfortunately you could tell that it was not as clean as one would like. There were dust bunnies under every bed or dresser. The beds make a ton of noise.

It was nice to getaway to the beach for a few days. The rental was new and clean. This is a nice place that has new appliances. Really the issue here is the parking. It is very tricky and narrow.

The unit was fantastic! We loved that there were 2 bedrooms in the unit, and that there was space for us all to have our own space during down time. The 4 things that we had complaints about are: 1) We were surprised that there was not any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. With a 5 day stay, there was not enough toilet paper. 2) The garbage can is tiny. I would recommend one that is at least twice the size and would recommend providing garbage bags. 3) The sheets for the king bed did not fit the bed. The sheets came off every time we got on the bed. 4) We were very bummed that the pool was closed. This was a major bummer for our family.
