Summertree Village condominium complex, unit C8, is situated in the very
popular Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach as well as just a very
short distance (1 ½ blocks) to the beach. Just a short 5-minute drive away is
the Tanger Shopping Outlets and Restaurant Row. The Carolina Opry, Pirates
Voyage and Barefoot Landing are a 10-minute drive away. This wonderful
vacation rental has a large living room, a dining area, completely equipped
kitchen, 2 enclosed screen porches and a balcony. This condo is equipped with
standard amenities such as central heat/air conditioning, cable television and
a washer/dryer. The resort complex features indoor and outdoor swimming pools,
sun decks and a grilling area.

starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in
the kitchen. ***
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age
of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members
of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of
their age will not qualify for refunds.
