Just as you come into the front door you'll be amazed with the high ceilings and views of the pond just outside the screened porch. Out on that porch you can enjoy a cool breeze while having a morning cup of coffee. Or how about a family game night listening to the ocean surf just a few feet away!
Cook up a delicious meal in your fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee station and all the amenities you expect from your home. Having a big family meal is no problem here with a large round table for everyone in the house. In the living room you have a large flat screen tv with a sound system attached for movie night or the big game!
The master suite is on the first floor of Windermere 5A. You will find a comfortable king-size bed with a flat-screen television and an ample amount of space for your vacation belongings. There is a full master bathroom attached to the bedroom with a glassed in shower as well as a jetted tub to wash all your cares away! You'll also find the second bedroom on the first floor with two full sized beds and another full bathroom. The laundry center is also in the second bathroom with a full size washer and dryer. .
On the second floor of Windermere 5A, you will find the other two bedrooms and a loft area. Here you'll find another TV, perfect for the kids, brand new couches as well as a desk and chair for a office away from home. This is the perfect place to catch up on some work while on vacation should the need arise. You'll find the third bedroom with two twins as well as it's own private balcony overlooking the lake. This is the perfect spot to catch some sunshine while over looking the serene lake. You'll also find the fourth bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and the third bath upstairs.
Take a stroll around the lake, or walk to the sandy beach just minutes away from Windermere By The Sea! While staying at Kingston Plantation, you will have access to 24-hour security, a network of walking paths that wind throughout the property and three restaurants, Free Wi-Fi. The Sports & Health Club are not open to Palmetto guests.
While staying at this Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental, you will be close to many Myrtle Beach attractions and golf courses. Just minutes away is The Carolina Opry and Pirate’s Voyage Dinner & Show - great for a night of entertainment. Shop until you drop at Barefoot Landing or The Tanger Outlets closeby. Try new experiences such as a wine tasting experience at Duplin Winery or reptile paradise over at Alligators Adventure. Arcadian Shores golf course, known for its lavish green fairways - is right outside of this resort.

Cleaning and Sanitation- We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces.
