This one bedroom, one bath home is located in the heart of Port Aransas. Just
a three minute drive to the beach or walk to the shops, restaurants, marina
and bars. The breeze on the front porch is wonderfully refreshing. When you
walk into the home you enter the freshly remodeled living room, with a sleeper
sofa. The full kitchen is to the back of the room and the bedroom and bath are
off to the right. The living room has a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There
is also a TV in the bedroom. Smoking is permitted outside only. There is
plenty room to park a boat if needed. The fenced back yard features a fire pit
and barbecue pit. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional
$20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, 30lbs
maximum. Come enjoy this tranquil cottage right in the heart of Port Aransas!
