This brand new 3 story home at Village Walk has everything you could possibly
want from a Port Aransas beach house! Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and
sleeping up to 14, this home is the perfect place to take your large group for
a luxurious stay by the beach.
Showcasing a 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico from the roof-top terrace,
this home also has balconies on each level, your own private pool, an
elevator, wireless internet, DirecTV satellite television and washer/dryer
utility room. Village Walk also has 2 community swimming pools. Located along
11th Street, Village Walk is a short car or golf cart ride to the beach.
The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a king sized bed with its own
bathroom and balcony entrance. There are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor:
one with a queen bed, the second with two sets of twin bunk beds. The 1st
floor has two partitioned bedrooms with queen beds, a mini kitchen and its own
bathroom. The sofa in the living room also makes out into a sleeper.
This home features wood floors throughout on the second floor and third
floors. There is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete
with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
