Pirates Bay is a new community just outside the center of Port Aransas,
offering a short drive to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The community
of Pirates Bay features two exquisite slope entry pools, BBQ area and fire pit
area, as well as a great kids play area. This unit was built in 2012 and has 3
bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living area opens up into the fully
equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you will need
to cook a meal in paradise.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with dual sinks,
walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a
queen size bed and its own bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom
has a twin over full bunk bed. There is also an alcove off the living area
with twin size bunk beds so this property can sleep 9 guests in beds. All
bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with cable service. The unit
also features wireless internet and a washer/dryer utility room inside the
condo.
Wood-look tile floors throughout, with high ceilings and shiplap wood in the
living room.
This property comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There
is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first
served and can be limited during peak times.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible
to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf
cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not
recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
