for the perfect vacation. Since location is everything, you won’t be
disappointed with the 3 minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico, restaurants and

INTERIOR FEATURES:
ISLAND VIBES 2.0 has been recently updated with a modern beachy feel. This 2
bedroom 2 bathroom stilt home has stainless steel appliances, granite
countertops, shiplap, vinyl flooring, tiled bathrooms and a breakfast bar.
Pack light... there is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free
private Wi-Fi, cable tv, towels, linens and plenty of room to relax. This home
also has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Winter Texans and long-term
renters are always welcome. Please be aware there are external audio cameras
on this property.
EXTERIOR FEATURES:
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is covered parking for two.
Bring your boat, trailer, golf cart and other vehicles. Don’t forget your
fishing poles, surf boards, pool floaties and all of your gear. There is a
secured storage/laundry room to keep your personal items. Relax on your
covered balcony with the sounds and all of the gulf breeze feels. Furry
friends are welcome to enjoy the private fenced yard. Wash off the sand in the
outdoor shower and take a dip in your private in-ground swimming pool. Other
family friendly amenities include a volleyball net, putting green, basketball
hoop, yard for playing games and soaking up the sun.
COMMUNITY:
Just a 3 minute golf cart ride takes you to 18 miles of Mustang Island’s white
sandy beaches and shoreline. Port Aransas, ranked one of the best beaches in
Texas, is no ordinary island. Year-round activities include sport fishing,
parasailing, birding, dolphin watching and kayaking. Golf at the only seaside
links-style golf course in the state of Texas. Explore shops, galleries and a
wide variety of restaurants from fine dining, “cook your catch” to many of our
local restaurants. Don’t forget the year-round festivals and events:
BeachtoberFest, Whooping Crane Festival and Texas Sandfest to name a few.

fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are
