The open kitchen living room and dining room are the perfect gathering spot
for family , dinner and even movie night with a nice flat screen TV. The
dining room table seats 10 to accommodate large families. The master suite is
located on the first floor and has a king size bed. There are three bedrooms
and the second floor including a second master suite. All four bedrooms have a
private bathroom and TV. The second master includes a king along with a
private bath. The home offers many extras like a spacious deck with 8 rocking
chairs to watch the serene sunsets. All the comforts of home are here, This
home offers a large grill and a new wine cooler! There is no garage access.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number
of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Jack's Place VW7 provides 2 paved parking spaces. If you rent a golf cart
there is a small side place for the cart. There is no garage access.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 7. No Street Parking, No
Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
Jack's Place VW7 provides ample parking for 10 guests, properly planning the
correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation
experience.
