This attractive 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage at Spanish Village in Port Aransas
is a free standing home located in the heart of town. This unit has been
recently renovated inside to create a comfortable space with beautiful decor.
The community coin operated laundry is close by and there is also a cabana
connected to it that can be rented out separately if you want more space to
hang out with your group or if you have other friends and family in town and
just need a bigger space to get together.
Situated on Alister Street, this property is just a short distance away from
the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. It is also
conveniently located near Beach street which is a beach access road. These
cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for many years and offer a truly
unique location.
This home can sleep 4, with a queen bed in the sleeping area and a bunk bed
that is a twin over full futon. The bedroom also has a flat screen television.
On the other side of the home is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar area,
dining table and sofa. *Please note that bunk beds are more ideal for children
rather than an adult.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A
maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of
the two vehicles.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
