This gorgeous two-story home has three bedrooms and three full baths and can
sleep up to 10 adults. It’s the perfect home for families or groups of friends
who gather around the kitchen activities, but want to stay close to the TV
action and keep an eye on the kids playing games at the table.
Free high-speed WIRELESS internet is also available throughout the house. The
downstairs living area features a brand new 55” Roku SMART TV so you can catch
up on all of your favorite Netflix, Amazon or HBO shows (just login with your
account) The entire living room and kitchen area can comfortably seat up to 18
across sofas, chairs and bar stools. If you enjoy cooking or entertaining,
you’ll be right at home in our kitchen. It’s fully equipped with a full-size
refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar, coffee maker and assorted
cookware. Across from the kitchen is a brand-new Washer and Dryer for all your
laundry needs.
When it’s time for bed, the home’s three bedrooms and three baths let everyone
have their own space. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk
beds (along with brand-new 32” HDTV). Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom
with a king bed (also with brand-new 42” Roku SMART TV) and a second bedroom
with two queen beds (and 40” flat-screen HDTV). Each bedroom also has its own
bathroom and separate access to the covered 2nd-floor porch. And if you need
it, there’s also a sleeper sofa in the living area. If you’re traveling with
little ones, we have you covered with a Pack ‘N Play, so they’ll sleep as
soundlessly as you.
But we’re betting you’ll spend most of your time outdoors. After spending the
day at the beach or pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and then enjoy a BBQ
dinner, cooked on the posted-park style charcoal grill, surrounded by all your
friends and family members seated around the picnic tables (seating for 15+).
With decks on multiple floors, your teens can even have their own space to
hang out (maybe in the 3rd story Crow’s Nest!)
Please note: Sorry, no garage access. The garage is reserved exclusively for
owner’s use but the over sized driveway can easily accommodate several cars
and golf carts. This home is pet friendly with an additional fee per pet.
Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. Max Adult
occupancy is 10 and regulated by City ordinance.
Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets
are allowed.
