Our recently updated 3BR/3BA house is just down from the community pool in
Mustang Royale, an oceanfront neighborhood, steps away from the beach –ideal
for family vacations, romantic getaways and reunions.
The ground floor has an open layout, combining the living room, dining room
and kitchen, all with coastal décor and tile flooring. The living room has two
over sized leather couches with matching ottomans and an entertainment center
with a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the dining and
living areas, so you don’t miss a beat while preparing meals for your guests.
The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, an
entertainment center with a TV, and an attached bathroom with his/her sinks
and a shower/tub combo. Adjacent to the master is the first guest bedroom,
which sleeps two in a comfortable queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the second
guest bedroom furnished with twin/full/twin bunk bed. Then there is a loft
area with two twin beds, a TV, and a full bath. Soak up the beautiful scenery
while lounging on our covered wraparound porch, or grill up your catch of the
day under the gazebo in the backyard. This home also has a newly added
GAMEROOM!
This rental is conveniently located within the best part of Mustang Royale,
which offers a beach, a pool, golfing, fishing, restaurants and bars. Make a
splash in the sparkling community pool, or take a short stroll to the beach,
accessible by boardwalk, and spend the day sun bathing or relaxing in the
surf.
Summon your inner angler with some fishing! Plan your perfect deep sea fishing
adventure with Dolphin Docks, a quick drive north. If you need a place to dock
your boat for the length of your stay, Island Moorings Marina is a short walk
from your rental.
Grab your clubs and head to the 18-hole Palmilla Golf Club less than three
minutes north. Don’t pass up the chance to dine at Shells, the local staple
for tantalizing steak and seafood dishes. Other activities in the area include
shopping, kayaking, bird watching, and skydiving. There is something to keep
you entertained around every corner in Port A!
