Located right off of 11th Street and a very short walk or golf cart ride to
the beach. Beautifully decorated with coastal colors and décor. Offers a total
of seven TV's, one in each bedroom and one in each living room. Sorry, no pets
allowed. Parking for 4 maximum.
The first floor offers two king bedrooms, one bathroom and a full
kitchen/living area. Sliding door access to the pool from this level. No
internal access to the second floor. Access by external stairs only.
The second floor offers two king bedrooms, and 1 bunk room with a twin over
full, with a full trundle. Three bathrooms and a full living/kitchen/dining
area. Access to the pool via a upper deck with stairs.
Featuring one of the nicest private pool on the island. Beautifully landscaped
with plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy. Sorry, no pets allowed.
No garage access. Please be aware there are outdoor security cameras.
• Kitchens are well equipped with all your cooking and entertainment needs.
Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large
appliances. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not
provided for safety reasons.
• Property is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are
supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach
towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower
gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is
responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and
beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
