Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 - bath custom beach home in the bayside
community of Paradise Pointe. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet location of this
community which is nestled next to the Port Aransas nature preserve where
guests can get a view of the flats and also spot many different bird species
throughout the year. This particular home backs up to a community pond where
you can often see turtles sunbathing during the day.
The home begins on the 2nd level and as you enter the home you are greeted by
a coastal pallet of colors as well as custom furnishings and decor. The open
layout allows all of your group to gather in the same area and comfortably
enjoy each other's company. The living room has a great sofa and two accent
chairs as well as a flat screen TV with Roku which includes a subscription to
YouTube TV that not only has several great TV popular TV channels (including
ESPN), it also has our local Corpus Christi channels. There is a solid wood
dining table with seating for 6 as well as a well-stocked kitchen with plenty
of counter space and stainless appliances for all of your culinary needs. For
convenience there is also a laundry room with - bath located off of the great
room.
On this first level of the home you will also find a master bedroom with queen
size bed, flat screen TV with ROKU, and a spacious on suite that includes a
tiled shower with rain head. The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and
both include a comfortable queen size bed. There is also a shared hallway bath
with tub shower combo.
While there are many great features of this home, one of the best is the
outside space with a back deck which overlooks the community pond. There is
plenty of outside furniture for everyone to gather at sunset and have a
cocktail or enjoy an evening dinner under a cool coastal breeze. Also there is
a ton of space under the home with benches and a swing.
Paradise Pointe has a great community pool only a few spaces down from this
home which guests will have access to.
Please note: The garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway
can accommodate up to 3-4 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or
SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not
allowed.
This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible
to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf
cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not
recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.
Winter Texans - this property is available monthly from November through
February at $2000/month.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
