Port Arasas is fully furnished in island style decor. Built in 2006, this home
is the perfect blend of modern living and old island charm. Walk out your
front door and you are just steps from the community swimming pool. Located
along 11th Street, Royal Palms is a short car or golf cart ride to the beach.
This home feaures stained concrete floors throughout on the 1st floor and wood
floors throughout on the second floor. There is a large dining table and a
fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and
all the other essentials.
The large master suite is downstairs and has a king sized bed with its own
bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed, the second with
a full bed and the third with a twin over full bunk bed and traditional twin
bed. The sofa in the living room also makes out into a sleeper. This property
can accommodate up to 10 at a lower cost than similarly suited properties.
Three of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with Direct TV.
The home also features wireless internet, and there is a washer/dryer utility
room.

• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
