The Blue Pearl is located in the highly coveted "Old Town" area of Port
Aransas. With this prime location, you will be within walking distance to the
Coast Guard Station, the Station St. Pier, restaurants, shops, Fisherman's
Wharf, and the beach.
This little gem has been around for nearly 50 years and has recently gone
through an extensive renovation including new hardi siding, impact windows,
decking on the exterior and new paint, flooring, appliances, quartz counter
tops, and all new furniture on the inside. A brand new ac unit was also
installed so you will be nice and cool on those hot summer days!
The open layout allows for entertaining between the living room and kitchen.
There are flat screen TVs in the main room and each bedroom along with
Spectrum cable and WiFi. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a love seat
that opens up to a twin bed. The Master is at the rear of the home and boasts
a King bed and has its own bathroom. The living also has a queen sleeper sofa
for additional sleeping. There is a common bathroom off of the kitchen as well
as a utility room with a washer and dryer.
The outside space is aplenty and there is a large back porch with comfortable
furniture as well as a huge fenced in back yard that has a picnic table and
charcoal BBQ pit. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles depending on the size
of the vehicle.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
