All three bedrooms come with a flat screen TV, perfect for every couple. The
master en suite features a plush king size bed and full bath. The guest
bedroom offers a plush king size bed and shares a full size bath. The Bunk
Room offers a twin over twin bunkbed. The sleeping arrangements are perfect
for a group of adults, fisherman or families. No pets allowed at this
property.
The Salty Seagull has a private patio where you can enjoy the warm breezes.
The shared pool is located behind the condo and offers plenty of outdoor
lounge chairs and Palapas for shade. The pool area offers communal charcoal
BBQ grills.

• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots,
pans, coffee maker, (Keurig & basic coffee maker) microwave and large
appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not
provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower
gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is
responsible for any additional needs. No pets allowed at this property.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and
beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
