This home is conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas and
just a 3 minute drive to the beach! The Sassy Crab will have the main king
bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find
a queen bedroom, the third bedroom will have two twin over full bunk beds.
This cottage is within walking distance to the city park, and marina,
restaurants, shops and nightlife. After a nice long day at the beach enjoying
the surf, sand and sun you can head on back to your cottage and take a dip in
the beautiful community pool or cool off under the palapa. Mercer Village also
offers community grills, you can bring your catch and serve dinner! This
location is golf cart accessible so head on down to one of the local cart
rental shops and they will have you zipping around the island in no time.
There are two assigned parking spaces for this unit.
Dogs permitted! Pet fees are an additional $20.00 per night, per pet. This
rental allows two dogs maximum. No smoking!
PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for
this condo is 10 persons. This does include children of all ages.
