This home is located in Station Place on the gulf side of Port Aransas.
Station Place is a new development that offers a community pool and boat
parking*. This is a relatively small development with only 9 units but there
is ample parking for 2-3 standard size vehicles along the side of the home and
for a golf cart in the front. There is no through traffic, so guests can feel
a little more at ease with the kids playing outside.
This tropical neighborhood offers a refreshing community pool and is just a
short drive to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bath. The second
bedroom has a queen bed and the third also has a queen bed. There is also a
sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a bathroom conveniently located in the hall between the two bedrooms.
The open living room/ kitchen has plenty of room for the whole family. The
dining table seats 8 and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need
to cook your catch of the day. Each room along with the living room has flat
screen television for your viewing pleasure.
The home comes with wireless internet and a private washer/dryer

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware,
pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food
products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath
towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide
beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap
will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional
needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper,
facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more
than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra
dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel
service is provided during your stay.
