This tastefully furnished and cozy 2-story, 2-bedroom cedar and log chalet
with 3-baths(!) is the perfect family retreat or personal retreat for that
much needed romantic getaway! The exterior features a covered front porch with
a BBQ…perfect for sipping your morning coffee during crisp winters or your
favorite afternoon libation during our gorgeous summers! The interior floor
plan features an open and airy living/dining concept with vaulted ceilings,
tasteful furnishings, an open hearth gas fireplace, a breakfast bar with two
stools, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a dishwasher
and a dining table with ample seating for four, one bedroom with 1-king sized
bed plus its own gas fireplace (romantic!) and one full bath en-suite, plus an
additional ¾-bath with a laundry cubby that includes a full size washer/dryer.
Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals another large bedroom with
1-king sized bed and yet another ¾-bath..and check out that tile work! Just
outside the back door is a privacy fenced deck with a private hot tub. This
pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored
vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF
CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to
failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.
Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control,
and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE
fails to function properly.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and
golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,
snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your
camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
Please allow for a 48 hour period between your time of booking and your check
in time. This helps us make sure that the property will be available and clean

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party
house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest
Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring
residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not
disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their
invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss
house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving
separately.
